Announcing a New award - Pillars of Faith
We are proud to annouce that we have a new award available to all scouts. This award is presented to those scouts that have received all possible religious emblems throughout their scouting career as a youth.
Emblems Conferral Mass
Each year, our archdiocese holds a Religious Emblems Conferral Mass to honor those Cub, Boy, and Girl Scouts, and Venturing Crew members who have earned an emblem.
The Mass will be celebrated on Saturday July 8, 2017 at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi at 9:30am and is presided over by The Most Reverend John C. Wester, Archbishop of Santa Fe.
Youth Receiving an award should be there by 8:30am.
Important Notice - Youth Protection
The Archdiocese has published an amended policy which all Cub Scout and Boy Scout units chartered within the Archdiocese must follow. This policy contains minimum standards which must be followed for all overnight activities that include youth under the age of 13, as well as guidelines for protecting all youth.
Chimayo Pilgramage Project
Please consider participating in the Chimayo Pilgrimage Project on Holy Thursday, April 13th and Good Friday, April 14th. This project is where we provide the pilgrims walking to Chimayo some spiritual encouragement and present them with a crucifix that has been blessed by Archbishop John C. Wester. Please contact Felipe Rael at email@example.com or download the document below.

Help Support CCOS!
Each year the Archdiocese of Santa Fe Catholic Committee on Scouting holds several events to promote Scouts growing in their Catholic Faith.
We can accomplish these events because of the many dedicated leaders that donate their time and energy to providing a quality program. Please see below on how you can help support our youth!
